Discovery
A private conversation at the studio or the residence. We walk every room, photograph existing MEP, and map building NOC, humidity and access constraints.
Feasibility
Within two weeks we return a written feasibility — what can be authored now, what to phase, and a programme respecting building rules and the climate.
Design authoring
Circadian schedules, air specifications, acoustic targets, control topology and rack layout — drawn to construction standard, coordinated with the architect.
MEP coordination
We work directly with your MEP contractor, main contractor and interior designer to embed the intelligent layer into the building itself.
Commissioning
On-site calibration of light spectrum, air pressure, RT60 acoustics, water polish, network segmentation and the user interface.
Lifecycle governance
Ongoing firmware management, annual re-calibration and quiet upgrades so the residence continues to perform for the next twenty years.
