The Practice
Founded in 2022 in Dubai Silicon Oasis by Ahmed Al Badawy, AKMZA has delivered 40+ commissioned environments for family offices, private clients, developers and hospitality operators who share a single expectation: that the residence responds to their life without a single conscious thought.
We collaborate with Azial Tech Infrastructure Company to commission the bespoke architectural layer that precedes the Automation layer — a full spectrum of precision services throughout the UAE.
We operate from Dubai with offices in New York, London and Singapore. Our clients include principals on Palm Jumeirah, Emirates Hills, District One, Bulgari Residences and Tilal Al Ghaf; luxury developers and branded residence operators; and five-star hospitality groups including Six Senses and Armani.
