A scheduled 45-minute video conversation about the residence, the architecture team and the life you want to live in it.

Scoped specification
If there is fit, AKMZA issues a written specification scoped to the brief, the architecture and the Longevity Standard.

Commission begins
On acceptance, the studio is engaged at pre-MEP stage and the design programme begins.
